Please note that solar panels for security cameras cannot completely replace chargers. Here are some important points to consider when using solar panels:

1. Before using the solar panel for the first time, fully charge the rechargeable battery device (e.g., camera) and then connect it to the solar panel to extend the battery life.
2. If the rechargeable battery device (e.g., camera) has a depleted or extremely low battery when connected to the solar panel, the solar panel may not be able to generate a large amount of energy for the camera in a short period. In such cases, use a DC charger to charge the device.
3. The solar panel cannot charge the device in dark, cloudy, or rainy weather. It requires direct sunlight to produce energy and extend the battery life of the device.
4. The amount of energy produced by solar panels varies depending on weather conditions, seasonal changes, geographic location, and other factors. Solar panels do not completely replace rechargeable batteries; they simply extend battery life and provide continuous energy.
5. If your camera does not display the charging mark when it is plugged into the solar panel and fully charged, please place the solar panel in a location with the most direct sunlight. After a few hours of direct sunlight, the device should show that it is charging when connected to the solar panel.
6. The USB-C adapter in the box does not come with a waterproof rubber ring, so keep that in mind if you require a waterproof solution.
